Responsibilities
- Systems expansion: Extend ICEYE's existing enterprise-level access control (ACS), video surveillance (CCTV), and intrusion detection (IDS) systems to new sites as the company grows, from site survey through installation and go-live.
- Configuration & maintenance: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ACS, CCTV, and IDS systems, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation and rapid resolution of faults.
- Integrations & automation: Manage and maintain integrations across facility security systems and adjacent platforms, such as HR databases and other supporting systems, building automations that keep system and identity data accurate and up to date.
- Reporting & audits: Produce and export system reports, and be able to assist with regular audits of access control, video, and intrusion detection systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Design documentation: Produce and review Physical Security Systems drawings and other system design documentation.
- Project management support: Support and, where needed, manage new-site physical security systems projects across all stages, from site survey through installation, commissioning, and final handover.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in the physical security field.
- Experience expanding or rolling out enterprise-level access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems to new sites within an existing enterprise platform.
- Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise ACS, CCTV, and IDS systems.
- Experience working with different integrations, automation, exporting reports, and assisting with regular audits.
- Ability to produce and review Physical Security Systems drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience managing or supporting projects from site survey through to final handover.
