Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide product portfolio planning and prioritization
- Establish governance frameworks that improve transparency and decision-making
- Drive operational excellence across Product and Engineering teams
- Deliver executive insights through data, metrics, and portfolio reporting
- Build high-performing teams while enabling scalable growth and execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Product Operations, PMO, Portfolio Management, Product Management, or Strategy
- Deep expertise in planning, governance, portfolio management, and operational execution
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging metrics and business insights for decision-making
- Experience leading and developing teams in complex technology organizations
- SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth technology industry experience preferred
