Responsibilities
- Shape and execute strategy to evolve IT into a cloud-native, AI-forward business platform
- Design and automate end-to-end business workflows to reduce manual work
- Own identity and access management across systems
- Integrate enterprise systems for seamless workflows and consistent data
- Drive automation and self-service to reduce ticket volume
- Ensure platform reliability and stability (SLAs, observability, incident management)
- Leverage AI to streamline IT operations (ticket deflection, access recommendations, workflow automation)
- Lead and develop a global IT organization
- Partner cross-functionally and with GRC to establish standards and governance
- Manage IT spend within budgets, including SaaS/PaaS and public cloud spend
Requirements
- 10+ years leading IT, platform, or enterprise technology functions in a SaaS or technology-driven organization
- Proven experience transforming IT into an automated, platform-oriented function
- Deep experience with identity and access management at scale
- Strong experience integrating SaaS enterprise systems
- Experience with reliability and stability (SRE-inspired practices)
- Experience applying AI and automation to IT operations
- Experience with cloud-native environments, DevOps best practices, modern SaaS/PaaS architectures
- Proven ability to lead transformation and influence senior stakeholders
