Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade agents that investigate, reason, and act on live observability data inside Canvas.
• Scope, build, ship, and maintain agents including evals.
• Build agents leveraging a fast, high-cardinality data store.
• Ship new capability into Canvas, the MCP server, and Canvas Skills (memory, spatial awareness, faster Bedrock loop).
• Define quality standards for agents: measurable against real evals, maintainable, honest about limits.
• Some fullstack development.

Requirements

• Experience shipping LLM-based systems used in production.
• End-to-end ownership from rough prototype to production-grade.
• Current judgment on agent design shifts over the last 6–12 months.
• Depth in agent architecture and reasoning over high-cardinality data stores.
• Product judgment and ability to make the case with a prototype.
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering (nice to have).
• Observability or developer-tools background (nice to have).

Conditions

• Base salary: $183,340 – $206,000 USD.
