The Enterprise UX practice brings physical and digital product and service experiences to life through strategic research, service design, prototyping, and storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic Definition Sprints to uncover user needs, validate hypotheses, and define clear technical next steps
- Map current (AS-IS) enterprise processes and systems, identifying operational friction points and design optimized (TO-BE) workflows within the Food Systems Alliance
- Provide technical guidance and support to other enterprise designers in service design and prototyping methodologies
- Analyze user journeys and workflows for Recipe Developers, Menu Planners, and Buyers
- Develop and align design concepts and prototypes with the Enterprise Design System
- Establish collaborative partnerships with Product Leads, engineers, and researchers
- Create UX/UI flows and experiences that address complex enterprise problems
- Facilitate clear communication across teams using structured storytelling methods
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience, particularly within enterprise or B2B contexts
- Proven track record in applying structured service design methodologies such as Definition Sprints, AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, and Service Blueprinting
- Experience leading design projects and driving quality standards across cross-functional teams
- A portfolio demonstrating impactful enterprise experiences and high craft execution
- Expertise in visual design, interaction design, UX writing, and UI design
- Mastery of Figma and familiarity with relevant prototyping and service design tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
