Agoda is a global online travel platform and part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG). The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team manages office infrastructure and staff connectivity, and the People Technology (HR Tech) team manages systems powering people operations, including Workday.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HRIS operations and assist with system requests
- Implementation (build, test, deployment) of technical solutions across people platforms according to business requirements and agreed timelines
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting people operations
- Work with HRIS platforms such as Workday
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations, or HRIS experience
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Service-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proactive mindset and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HRIS platforms or understanding of HR systems/processes (Workday, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Interest in data analysis, automation, reporting, or process improvement is a plus
