Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the success of new customer deployments, serving as the central point of contact throughout the deployment service period
- Define and track success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines
- Cultivate deep relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Navigate and resolve complex account escalations by mobilizing internal resources and technical experts
- Maintain rigorous documentation and project tracking while educating customers on onboarding tools and post-sales support processes
Requirements
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional project management experience
- Technical literacy in security fundamentals including firewalls, proxies, and web security gateways
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
