The partner is looking for an Email Designer based in Germany.
Responsibilities
Create clean, engaging, and on-brand email designs for marketing campaigns, automated flows, and promotional communications.
Deliver at least eight completed email designs per day while maintaining high standards of quality.
Develop responsive email layouts that remain clear across mobile devices and different email clients.
Design, develop, and refine Klaviyo pop-ups and forms.
Translate creative briefs, marketing copy, and campaign objectives into effective layouts.
Incorporate feedback from strategists, copywriters, and leadership quickly and accurately.
Adapt email designs for different audience segments, promotional offers, campaign types, and A/B testing scenarios.
Review every asset carefully for spacing, alignment, copy placement, links, visual consistency, and overall accuracy.
Use Figma and Canva to create, refine, and organize design components, templates, and reusable assets.
Track daily tasks, deadlines, revisions, and progress in ClickUp.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience designing marketing emails or similar digital assets.
Strong practical skills in Figma and Canva.
Experience designing Klaviyo pop-ups and forms.
Strong understanding of email design principles, including visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, typography, spacing, and clear calls to action.
Knowledge of email development constraints, including designing headlines and body copy as live HTML text and creating buttons using native Klaviyo styling and CSS.
Familiarity with web-safe fonts, fallback font behavior, Dark Mode compatibility, and sufficient color contrast.
Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance.
Ability to manage a high volume of daily design requests.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, including tracking tasks in ClickUp.
