This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. The partner is looking for a Lighting Project Manager based in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Manage project expectations, schedules, priorities, and deliverables from kickoff through completion
- Interpret project specifications, building plans, technical drawings, and riser diagrams
- Specify stage-lighting systems and associated equipment based on project needs
- Prepare equipment takeoffs, obtain supplier pricing, support labor estimates, and develop proposals and bids
- Coordinate equipment submittals, shipments, installation schedules, and project documentation
- Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, installers, engineering and sales teams
- Identify and resolve job-site challenges with installation, engineering, and sales teams
- Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers
Requirements
- Experience managing projects, preferably involving entertainment lighting, stage systems, or technical installations
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, building plans, drawings, and riser diagrams
- Knowledge of stage-lighting systems and associated equipment
- Experience with equipment takeoffs, supplier quotations, labor estimates, proposals, or bid preparation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote environment
