Responsibilities
- Executive storytelling and audience tailoring: translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different audiences
- Product mindset: treat analytics as a product, learn what users need, rank work by impact, maintain a shared plan
- Problem framing and translation: turn ambiguous questions into defined requirements and own analytics end-to-end
- Cross-functional stakeholder management: serve as strategic thought partner, align analytical priorities, influence decisions
- Leverage AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities and efficiency
- Serve as the data team's subject matter expert on marketing data: campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, funnel analytics
- May occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zones
Requirements
- 7+ years in analytics, data, or related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders
- Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers and hands-on marketing analytics (attribution, campaign measurement, funnel analysis)
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker, Sigma)
- Experience building or directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments
- Track record of presenting analysis to executives that influenced decisions
- Strong written communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders
Conditions
- Base salary range $150,000 – $190,000 USD, dependent on geographic location and candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience
