This is a flexible business development opportunity focused on creating strategic connections between companies and technology talent solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, business leaders, and relevant decision-makers across the Brazilian corporate market.
- Identify organisations that could benefit from technology talent development and allocation solutions.
- Use your existing professional network to identify qualified prospects and potential business opportunities.
- Initiate conversations and create strategic introductions between prospective clients and the commercial team.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition at a high level and identify potential opportunities for further commercial discussion.
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified introductions through networking, relationship development, and market awareness.
- Support the commercial team by providing relevant context about prospective organisations, decision-makers, business needs, and opportunities.
- Focus on opening doors and facilitating connections while leaving solution presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closing to the dedicated commercial team.
- Maintain a professional and relationship-driven approach throughout the prospecting and introduction process.
Requirements
- Strong professional network within the Brazilian corporate market and demonstrated ability to connect with business decision-makers.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging senior professionals and organisations.
- Ability to identify companies and contacts that may have a need for technology talent or development solutions.
- Strong communication and networking abilities, with a natural talent for making relevant introductions.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to recognise potential business opportunities within your network.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, with the autonomy to develop opportunities independently.
- Comfortable working as an independent partner rather than as a traditional full-time employee.
- Experience as an executive, former executive, HR professional, business consultant, sales leader, technology leader, or another professional with an established corporate network is highly relevant.
- Experience in technology, recruitment, human resources, consulting, sales, or corporate partnerships is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage this partnership alongside other professional projects and commitments.
