Responsibilities
- Form successful relationships with customers, providing technical and business value alongside Account Executives
- Operate as an expert in AI and data analytics, becoming a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation
- Adopt a builder-first approach: move quickly from customer problem to working prototype by writing code and building demos
- Use AI tools to increase productivity and drive innovation
- Author reference architectures, how-tos, demo applications; lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups
- Grow expertise toward technical and/or industry specialist level
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical experience in a customer-facing solutions engineering role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
- Builder mindset with hands-on prototyping and comfort using AI-assisted development tools
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Scala, and proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) is a plus
- Ability to interact with customers confidently and professionally
