About the company
This is a hands-on opportunity to build and own an account-based marketing motion from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the account-based marketing program, including account tiering and 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many strategies, while establishing an operating rhythm that keeps Sales and Marketing aligned around shared target accounts.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to select, prioritize, and regularly refresh target accounts for both new-logo acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Develop personalized account plays using interactive demos, personalized URLs, tailored product experiences, and relevant content as central engagement tools.
- Orchestrate multi-threaded engagement across buying groups by identifying missing stakeholders, developing targeted plays, and collaborating with Product Marketing on persona-specific strategies.
- Turn intent, product engagement, web de-anonymization, and other account signals into prioritized actions and clear next steps for SDRs and AEs.
- Work with SDR, AE, and RevOps leadership to establish shared account plans, follow-up expectations, service-level agreements, and feedback loops that improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support expansion programs across the existing customer base in partnership with Customer Success and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Collaborate with Brand, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to personalize messaging by account, industry, and persona while creating scalable frameworks that can be reused efficiently.
- Own the ABM technology stack in partnership with RevOps, ensuring tools remain clean, well adopted, effectively integrated, and aligned with business needs.
- Monitor and report on account engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, win rates, buying-group coverage, and expansion performance.
- Evaluate ABM initiatives objectively, identifying which plays and account tiers generate meaningful results and discontinuing approaches that do not perform.
- Drive sales adoption by making ABM programs practical, actionable, and valuable for the teams responsible for executing them.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years running account-based marketing programs, ideally supporting enterprise or strategic customer segments.
- Hands-on experience with ABM and signal technologies, including intent data, web de-anonymization, orchestration platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles, buying-group engagement, account planning, personalization, and pipeline generation.
- A sales-oriented mindset with experience participating in account planning discussions, incorporating sales feedback, and measuring marketing impact through opportunities, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
- Experience selling to or marketing toward pre-sales, revenue, or marketing leaders is preferred.
- Strong AI fluency, with the ability to use AI effectively for account research, personalization at scale, campaign development, and analysis.
- Highly analytical and evidence-driven, with a willingness to establish measurable targets, evaluate performance honestly, and stop initiatives that do not produce results.
- Excellent writing and messaging skills, with the ability to create personalized content that feels relevant and authentic rather than automated.
- Resourceful and comfortable operating in an environment where programs, processes, and infrastructure are still being built.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trust across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product teams.
