Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and roadmap across homeowner acquisition funnel, portal, and partner experiences
• Lead product strategy for wholesale partner onboarding and transaction workflows
• Lead product planning for new markets and channels with Legal and Compliance
• Own end-to-end funnel performance and experimentation cadence
• Oversee marketing technology priorities including attribution and lifecycle communications
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Senior Product Designer
• Establish research and discovery practice for homeowners and partners
• Set high bar for usability and design quality
• Partner with executive leadership across functions
• Define and track KPIs including funnel conversion and partner adoption

Requirements

• At least 8 years of product management experience
• At least 5 years on B2C products in financial services, real estate, or proptech
• Demonstrated success with funnel analytics and conversion optimization
• B2B2C or partner channel experience
• Experience managing product managers and/or designers
• Strong design judgment
• Startup or growth-stage background
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Preferred

• Fintech or proptech experience
• Experience with regulated application flows and customer disclosures
