Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration. The AI Teammates Platform (AITP) team owns the execution engine and platform layer for autonomous agents embedded into enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Work in a high-performance, dynamic team with a strong focus on velocity and software quality.
- Contribute to building a complex SaaS application that is a market leader in its segment.
- Gain exposure to Asana’s core infrastructure, particularly how data is represented, stored, and deleted in the storage layer.
- Work with asynchronous jobs and implement algorithms that efficiently traverse the Asana Work Graph.
- Partner with legal to implement data ownership rules.
- Drive large, impactful projects, delivering features that will be rolled out and used in large organizations.
- Support other teams and stakeholders that work in the team’s space.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working within large, well-maintained codebases.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., PM, design).
- Sound judgment when balancing moving quickly with producing quality code and long-term code maintainability.
- Passionate about creating an exceptional user experience and attentive to details.
- Appreciate productivity and care deeply about helping teams collaborate more effectively and efficiently.

Conditions
- Estimated base salary range: $171,000 - $190,000 per year.
- Compensation package may include equity, sales incentive pay, and benefits.
