Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the analytics team: own roadmap, hold 1:1s and performance reviews, develop analysts, participate in hiring
- Stay hands-on: write SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling
- Expand the end-to-end metric tree measuring product quality across document-processing pipeline
- Build reporting and visibility
Requirements
- Senior-level hands-on analytics experience
- Leadership experience managing a small team
- SQL and Python proficiency
- Experience with machine learning products
