You'll own motion content end to end: Reels, TikToks, Shorts, founder content, product demos, animated UI walkthroughs. Hooks, pacing, retention — instincts, not checkboxes. Direct with the founder, several pieces a week.
Requirements:
Looking for: a portfolio you're proud of (no résumés), strong motion graphics — bring a UI to life, native feel for Reels/TikTok.
Conditions:
Role: remote, full-time or contract. Tools — whatever ships great work.
