Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang
- Develop and optimize distributed systems that support high traffic volumes and mission-critical platform functionality
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Design and manage scalable data storage solutions using MongoDB
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain production services running on Kubernetes
- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams
- Improve system observability, reliability, and operational excellence
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
Requirements
- Strong experience building high-performance, scalable backend systems using Golang
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and backend scalability patterns
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including scalable data modeling and performance optimization
- Strong experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS
- Production experience with Kubernetes
- Proven track record of delivering reliable systems in high-traffic, large-scale environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
