About the company
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing & Partner Operations Manager based in the United States.
This is a hands-on revenue operations role focused on building the systems and infrastructure that power demand generation and partner-sourced growth.
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel lead routing, assignment, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management directly within HubSpot, while partnering with Business Systems on related configuration.
- Establish and maintain rules of engagement and attribution logic to ensure accurate channel mapping and reliable measurement of ROI.
- Build automations and workflows across the lead-to-customer lifecycle to improve pipeline hygiene, speed to lead, and conversion.
- Identify funnel inefficiencies, including gaps in MQL/PQL-to-SQL handoffs and service-level agreements, and implement system improvements to address them.
- Partner with GTM Analytics and Business Systems to ensure Salesforce contains the required fields and clean data flows for predictive models and revenue scoring.
- Support lead management and nurture strategies across marketing, partnerships, and rep-generated channels.
- Produce ad-hoc reporting and pipeline forecasts to help Marketing and Partnerships teams understand performance and plan effectively.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing workflows and campaigns, including configuration, launch, validation, and post-launch monitoring.
- Manage HubSpot and Salesforce infrastructure, integrations, field mappings, campaign structures, and reporting processes.
- Partner with Marketing to execute, measure, and scale multi-channel acquisition programs.
- Own partnerships operations workflows and campaigns, ensuring partner pipelines remain healthy and measurable.
- Manage partner technology infrastructure, including PartnerStack and Salesforce integrations and field-mapping requirements.
- Analyze partner-level lead quality and conversion, support incentive experiments, and measure their impact on performance.
- Monitor partner discount usage and identify potential misuse that could negatively affect average selling prices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality, and make the revenue engine more efficient.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a comparable systems-focused role, with substantial hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
- Professional experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of demand generation and revenue operations.
- Demonstrated ability to own and administer a HubSpot instance end-to-end rather than simply use it as an operational tool.
- Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes, including lead routing, scoring, enrichment, campaign tracking, conversion management, and attribution.
- A systems-builder mindset, with the ability to independently identify operational problems and implement the technical changes required to solve them.
- Strong Salesforce fluency, particularly around data structures, integrations, reporting, and ensuring reliable connectivity between systems; PartnerStack experience is a plus.
- Experience designing workflows and automations that reduce manual work and improve funnel velocity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, investigate root causes, and proactively drive solutions with minimal direction.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding data hygiene, user access, permissions, field configuration, and workflow logic.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and confidence collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Business Systems, and Analytics stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment where priorities can evolve and asking thoughtful, probing questions is encouraged.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented approach, with the ability to set ambitious goals, raise ideas, and continuously look for ways to improve systems and processes.
Conditions
- Base salary: $120,000–$152,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
- Ongoing training, professional development, and growth opportunities.
- Remote work environment with flexibility and meaningful ownership.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.

- 401(k) matching.
- Employer-funded student loan assistance or continuing education reimbursement.
- Employee Stock Incentive Plan.
- Pet insurance.
- Supportive and consistent leadership with clear goals, open communication, and a strong focus on employee experience.
- An inclusive workplace that values diversity, individuality, and equal opportunity.
