Responsibilities

• Review, approve, or reject credentialing documents (licenses, certifications, background reports).
• Ensure each candidate's file is assigned the appropriate status and progresses through the credentialing workflow.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and validity of documentation against facility-specific requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external Onboarding Specialists, providing actionable feedback.
• Monitor corrected and resubmitted documents.
• Review suppressed documentation items.
• Monitor at-risk credentialing documents.
• Track documentation rejection trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Typing speed of approximately 40–50 words per minute.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate digital systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Conditions

• Hourly compensation: $22.50–$26.50 USD per hour.
• Fully remote within the United States.
