Director of FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale the FP&A and Strategic Finance function
• Own the integrated company-wide financial plan including budgets, long-range planning, forecasts, and cash flow
• Translate financial analysis into clear recommendations for executive leaders
• Drive performance management through forecasting cycles, monthly business reviews, and variance analysis
• Partner with GTM and R&D leaders on pricing, unit economics, and resource allocation
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and planning frameworks
• Lead executive and Board-level financial reporting
• Support fundraising and financing activities
• Improve financial planning systems and reporting infrastructure, including Pigment
• Integrate AI-powered tools into financial analysis and workflows

Requirements

• Experience independently owning company-wide FP&A and Strategic Finance in a growing technology business
• Track record of influencing executive stakeholders
• Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing finance teams
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis
• Practical proficiency with AI tools in analytical work
• Familiarity with Pigment or comparable planning platforms
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, complex customer contracts, or public-company readiness is an advantage
