Responsibilities
- Own and manage volume sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical and non-technical talent at all levels in North America and Europe
- Source prospective candidates and maintain the passive candidate pipeline with high-touch, engaging and frequent communication
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies, collaborate with the global Talent team to optimize hiring processes, and use data to uncover opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, Talent Partners, and Coordinators
- Build trust with candidates and provide them with complete, accurate, and inspiring information about Scopely
Requirements
- Proven experience operating in a global Sourcing/Talent Research function within the tech or gaming industries
- Superior relationship building & networking skills, attention to detail
- Flexible and self-motivated; ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- AI fluency, with the ability to responsibly leverage AI tools to improve sourcing quality, candidate research, outreach personalisation, market mapping, and workflow efficiency
- Strong English language skills
