Responsibilities
- Partner with a Country Manager in driving performance management, including development and ongoing analysis of KPIs, creating goals/OKRs and measuring performance
- Develop a deep understanding of what levers drive growth and efficiency for our business and translating that into investment cases and initiatives to drive business impact
- Partner with the business on annual planning and budgeting, laying out risks and opportunities and debating strategies and capital allocation
- Lead EMEA's monthly business review and speak to key drivers of variance to goal and potential actions to improve performance
- Modelling and summarising the implications of a regulatory action and potential mitigating actions
- Conduct deep dives into business trends across EMEA and different segments of the business
- Build ad hoc reporting and analysis to help business operations and other cross functional partners understand the drivers of performance for key performance indicators
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Strategy/Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Business Operations
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, engineering, statistics or other relevant field
- Superb financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, SQL experience highly preferred
- Strong analytical abilities and able to synthesize complex information
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with financial modeling in Excel
- Experience in B2C technology businesses preferred, particularly Marketplace/Classifieds/E-Commerce
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience in travel and hospitality is a plus
