This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Jr. Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior solutions engineers to understand client business and technical requirements
- Capture, organize, and synthesize discovery notes, requirements, and client inputs into clear documentation
- Prepare initial materials for RFPs, RFIs, client presentations, solution narratives
- Build demonstrations and proof points that communicate technical capabilities
- Conduct client, competitive, industry, and market research
- Maintain accurate and organized solution documentation
- Collaborate across sales, account management, delivery, product, strategic advisory, and solutions teams
- Support enterprise discovery by helping identify root-cause business challenges
- Contribute to the design of scalable data and marketing technology solutions
- Apply AI tools to accelerate research, content development, discovery, solution design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in mar-tech, ad-tech, or a data-focused role
- Foundational understanding of data concepts, including data pipelines, customer data platforms, identity resolution, analytics
- Familiarity with pre-sales processes, including deal strategy, pricing inputs, RFP/RFI processes
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Strong research, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
- Collaborative and transparent working style
- Growth mindset and genuine curiosity about emerging developments in data, mar-tech, AI, identity, privacy
