Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences in advisor and client dashboards, from core firm workflows to new AI-powered features
- Help define how AI integrates into advisors' day-to-day practices, designing transparent and trustworthy experiences
- Work in a fast, iterative, AI-native environment using interactive prototypes
- Make data-backed design decisions using research, sales data, customer insights, usability principles, and site performance metrics
- Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and stakeholders across business lines
- Contribute to the accessible design system
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a product designer
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design foundation, business impact, and shipping designs across web and mobile
- Experience with and curiosity about AI tools in the design process
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional feedback experience
- Ability to identify user needs through research, usability testing, and data analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Experience working within established accessible design systems
Conditions
- Base salary range NYC: $120,000-$140,000
