About the company
- Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company building foundation AI models and end-to-end products.
- North is Cohere's AI workspace platform, deployed directly to customers in highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interface elements.
- Re-invent the wheel when needed due to security and privacy requirements, avoiding popular libraries or tooling.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
- Research new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with either Swift and SwiftUI or Kotlin with Jetpack Compose.
- Built native applications for AI companies and/or built apps loved by many users.
- Able to read, understand, and fix issues outside of the main codebase.
- Experience bootstrapping new projects.
- Excel in fast-paced environments with moving priorities.
- Bonus: experience with audio features for apps.
