Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with transportation agencies, public-sector clients, and industry partners.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead capture strategies for major transportation pursuits.
- Partner with leadership to align business development efforts with firm capabilities and strategic goals.
- Expand Techno's presence throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia region.
- Monitor transportation funding, procurement pipelines, and market trends.
- Represent the firm at industry events, agency meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Support client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Planning, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic growth within transportation or infrastructure in the AEC industry.
- Established relationships with agencies such as NJDOT, NJ Transit, or the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
- Knowledge of public procurement, qualifications-based selection, and transportation consulting.
- Proven success developing opportunities and supporting contract wins.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
