• Partner is looking for a Client Success Financial Analyst based in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop financial feasibility assessments and projections for prospective clients (revenue potential, costs, profitability, sensitivity scenarios)
• Conduct financial analyses for existing clients on growth opportunities, service expansions, and scope changes
• Partner with Client Services teams to monitor financial and operational results and communicate risks and opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Support business growth through pricing considerations, service expansions, and business case development
• Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs connecting financial outcomes with operational drivers
• Prepare and review revenue projections with operational and client-facing teams
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses and decision support to senior leadership
• Enhance reporting, dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical tools
• Support revenue optimization, cost-efficiency, and operational improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and communicate financial and operational trends, risks, and opportunities
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis) and working proficiency in PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM), or related financial analysis

Conditions

• Base pay range of $48,131–$81,225.49 depending on location, experience, skills, education, and training
• Annual bonus opportunity with a target of 5% of base pay
