Responsibilities
- Maintain existing Salesforce tooling, ensure user satisfaction, and champion continuous improvements in UI/UX (Lightning App Builder, page layouts, dynamic forms)
- Perform system administration including user management (profiles and roles), validation rules, Lightning Flows, record types, and mobile setup
- Implement Salesforce features with a focus on automation and efficiency using Flows, standard OOTB automations, and where needed APEX/Javascript
- Support release management (sandbox refreshes, deployment planning, UAT coordination)
- Review data security, sharing rules, and ensure GDPR compliance
- Monitor system performance, storage usage, and manage data backup systems (e.g., OwnBACKUP)
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Salesforce data quality
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, administration, and platform functionality
- Experience designing and implementing new processes and improving user adoption
- Understanding of relational databases, integrations, and source-to-target data mappings
- Familiarity with agile development practices
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving
- Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification is a plus
