Responsibilities
- Own the SAP Finance product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization across RTR and PTP
- Lead requirements, process design, solution architecture, and delivery for SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Design and support Asset Accounting processes
- Define current- and future-state architecture and integration strategies
- Lead integrations between SAP and enterprise applications, including Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax
- Partner with GPOs, Finance leaders, Engineering, vendors
- Lead agile delivery teams, manage dependencies and risks
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities
- Present roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting
- 10+ years architecting and delivering SAP Finance solutions, including 5+ years with SAP S/4HANA
- Deep experience with SAP FI (GL, AP, Asset Accounting, Banking, Financial Reporting)
- Hands-on experience with Asset Accounting configuration
- Experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax integration with SAP
- Experience defining enterprise architecture and integration strategies
- Proven experience leading agile teams and managing product backlogs
- Strong executive communication and governance experience
- Ability to identify AI, automation, or data-driven opportunities
