Maintain and continuously improve Workday Adaptive Planning, including the support of planning models, reporting structures, and user administration.
Partner closely with FP&A, Finance Systems, and technical teams to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Ensure accurate data flow and improve integration reliability between Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP systems, and reporting tools while resolving any data discrepancies.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement enhancements across reporting processes, automation projects, and broader finance systems initiatives.
Provide ongoing user support and guidance to finance stakeholders to improve their understanding of system logic, reporting structures, and data dependencies.
Execute testing for system updates and maintain comprehensive documentation for system improvements and processes.
Requirements
Senior level experience in finance systems engineering or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning.
Experience with ERP systems and data integration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
