Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the London-based EMEA team in a fixed-term capacity, driving expansion of GTM and G&A teams across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams
- Build proactive pipeline strategies across GTM and G&A roles across EMEA
- Build and maintain relationships with the GEO VP and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, HRBPs, and compensation teams
- Partner with internal automated AI agents and generative tools to eliminate manual tasks and optimise outreach workflows
- Leverage recruitment analytics to inform talent strategies, analysing time-to-hire and source efficiency
- Lead and execute strategic employer branding initiatives tailored to the EMEA market
Requirements
- Extensive GTM recruiting experience, well-versed in scaling sales GTM organisations
- High-volume EMEA recruiting track record
- Strategic problem solving with high autonomy
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
- Demonstrated capability to leverage automated workflows, AI-powered sourcing environments, and LLMs for boolean logic and market mapping
- Strong organizational skills and candidate experience focus
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- Adaptability and self-direction
