Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI infrastructure and products improving engineering productivity across the SDLC.
• Contribute to the AI for Developers roadmap from exploration through implementation, deployment, and improvement.
• Build foundational infrastructure, SDKs, and frameworks enabling teams to create domain-specific AI applications.
• Evaluate new models, frameworks, agentic coding tools, and asynchronous AI workflows.
• Act as technical advisor and mentor helping engineers adopt AI capabilities.
• Establish pragmatic architectures balancing innovation, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with partner engineering teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of industry software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
• Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, or productivity systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to practical software development problems.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong architectural judgment and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.

Conditions

• Annual base salary $162,000–$190,000 USD depending on experience.
• Potential performance bonuses and equity.
