Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the Salesforce platform.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Develop and deploy serverless solutions using Amazon Web Services Lambda and cloud-native services.
- Build intelligent automation solutions using Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Design conversational workflows, internal copilots, or AI agents.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Provide level-of-effort estimates and feasibility assessments.
- Develop Salesforce features across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, Experience Cloud).
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
- Create and execute unit, integration, functional, and automation test cases.
- Support production deployments and perform root-cause analysis.
- Mentor other engineers.
- Take the role of Delivery Lead for different projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Process Automation tools, and Lightning Web Components.
- 7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities.
- Strong Python development experience for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows.
- Experience designing cloud-native solutions using Amazon Web Services services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions, or serverless architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Familiarity with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to manage and deliver full lifecycle Salesforce projects independently.
- Deep understanding of developing secure solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
