This position is listed on behalf of a partner company. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Talent Finder based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and recruitment firms through phone, email, social media, and other outbound channels to generate new opportunities.
- Own a defined geography or book of business and collaborate with sales partners on territory plans and land-and-expand strategies.
- Build strong knowledge of the clinician recruitment platform and confidently communicate its sourcing, messaging, job-posting, and analytics capabilities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by uncovering recruitment challenges, understanding prospect needs, and connecting those needs to relevant solutions.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, including physician recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, service line leaders, and executives.
- Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations while ensuring accurate documentation and effective handoffs through Salesforce.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, and internal product signals to prioritize accounts, manage outreach, and improve prospecting efficiency.
- Monitor daily activity and funnel metrics, including calls, emails, social touches, meetings, and opportunities, using data to guide priorities and improve performance.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Work closely with cross-functional sales teams, contribute to account strategies, and continuously share insights that improve prospect engagement.
- Take advantage of coaching, training, and mentorship to build the skills required for progression into a full-cycle Business Development or Account Executive position.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales development, business development, recruiting, or another client-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting, ideally in an environment with monthly or quarterly performance targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present a value proposition to stakeholders with different levels of seniority and expertise.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts, contacts, activities, and follow-ups.
- A growth mindset and genuine interest in developing a long-term career in sales, business development, or account management.
- High integrity, coachability, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency when pursuing opportunities and responding to customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and business development colleagues while taking ownership of individual goals and responsibilities.
- Comfort working with CRM, prospecting, outreach, and sales intelligence tools; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with healthcare, physician or advanced practice provider recruiting, or SaaS sales is a plus but not required.
- Ability to learn a specialized healthcare technology product quickly and confidently communicate its business value to prospective customers.
- Strong commercial judgment and persistence, combined with a customer-focused approach to prospecting and relationship building.
