Responsibilities
- Building the full lifecycle: partnering with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from the ground up
- Solving complex technical challenges, from optimizing virtualized rendering to architecting reliable content management systems
- Driving user experience: contributing to a frictionless UX, handling last-mile refinements
- Performance and scale: enhancing application speed through profiling and building scalable solutions
- Shaping product direction and engineering approaches across the stack
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience
- A technical "spike" in either Frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript, component architecture, state management, rendering performance) or Backend (systems design, API architecture, database optimization)
- Strong product intuition
- Adaptable and willing to jump into new territory across the stack
- High degree of ownership
