A partner company is looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer based in India for a remote role focused on reliable integration solutions across Workday and external systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom reports using Workday Report Writer and create complex calculated fields
- Configure and maintain secure file transfers using SFTP and PGP encryption
- Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning
- Develop custom integration solutions using Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Configure and maintain Workday Core Connectors between Workday and third-party applications
- Design, implement, and manage inbound and outbound integration workflows
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional IT experience with a strong focus on Workday integration architecture and development
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday Report Writer, including advanced reporting and calculated fields
- Strong technical knowledge of secure file transfer mechanisms, particularly SFTP and PGP encryption
- Experience monitoring integration performance, troubleshooting, and implementing optimization strategies
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Core Connectors
- Solid understanding of inbound and outbound integrations and enterprise data exchange workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
