Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end executive search processes for VP+ level roles.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring executives and leadership team.
- Build and manage a proactive pipeline of senior leadership talent.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and reference checks.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder search processes with discretion.
- Partner with People teams on compensation strategy and negotiation.
- Represent MongoDB's employer brand in every interaction.
- Continuously sharpen executive hiring processes and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Significant experience in executive recruiting, ideally with a blend of agency and in-house.
- Track record of closing senior leadership searches (VP and above).
- Deep experience partnering with senior executives.
- Strong market knowledge and active network in technology industry.
- Excellent judgment and discretion.
- Sharp assessment and interviewing skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach with confidence to advise senior stakeholders.
Conditions
- Base salary range: $87,000 - $171,000 USD.
