Responsibilities
- Lead the Studio Assistant team, driving strategy and execution of an agentic AI system powering creation for millions of creators
- Own the end-to-end stack from Studio UX to backend infrastructure (one harness, one tool set, one eval framework)
- Define architecture for AI systems at scale — model orchestration, tool execution, evaluation pipelines
- Grow the organization by attracting and retaining top AI engineering and applied ML talent
- Own technical strategy for the agentic AI stack, balancing speed, reliability, and creator experience
- Lead engineers by example through technical direction and authoring specs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale software deployments
- Proven track record leading large teams (15+)
- Experience building or leading teams shipping AI/ML-powered products in production
- Experience with agentic systems, LLM orchestration, evaluation frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI infrastructure: model serving, reliability, observability, multi-step execution loops
- BS in Computer Science; MS/PhD a plus
