Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and improve SOC platforms (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR)
• Integrate new log sources: parsing, normalization, data quality
• Develop detection rules and use cases using Sigma, KQL, SPL aligned with MITRE ATT&CK
• Automate security analysis and incident response with Python and PowerShell
• Establish Detection-as-Code pipelines with version control, testing, CI/CD
• Integrate threat intelligence into monitoring workflows
• Collaborate with analysts and responders to reduce false positives
• Provide technical support during incidents
• Create and maintain runbooks and documentation
• Use AI-assisted tools with strict data protection practices

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT or cybersecurity, including architecture or consulting roles
• Broad knowledge across networks, endpoints, identity, applications, cloud
• Zero Trust, network segmentation, IAM/PAM (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory)
• Security frameworks: ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, SABSA/TOGAF
• Cryptography, PKI, secure application design
• Confident use of AI tools and awareness of AI security risks
• Professional fluency in German and English
• Nice to have: cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), IaC, prompt engineering, LLMs, AI governance (EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLM), certifications (OSDA, OSCP, SANS/GIAC, SC-200)

• Fixed annual salary starting at €80,000 plus profit sharing up to €70,000
