This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and lead the Revenue Operations function within a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure business.
Responsibilities

- Design and manage forecasting processes across enterprise and product-led growth motions, lead recurring pipeline reviews, establish CRM hygiene standards, and deliver dashboards that provide executive and board-level visibility.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to develop compensation plans, quota frameworks, territory models, headcount forecasts, and scenario analyses, ensuring plans and payouts remain accurate and transparent.
- Provide strategic oversight for Deal Desk and Enablement as these functions grow, supporting CPQ implementation, onboarding infrastructure, and scalable go-to-market playbooks.
- Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, partnering on revenue recognition, ARR reporting, contracting workflows, governance, and broader operational standards.
- Identify and implement AI tools and workflow automation that improve forecasting, pipeline scoring, reporting, and operational efficiency without requiring proportional headcount growth.

- Deep knowledge of CRM architecture and GTM systems, with strong Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, revenue metrics, GTM analytics, and the operational drivers of growth.
- Experience supporting both product-led growth and enterprise sales organizations, ideally within technically sophisticated businesses.
- Proven experience designing compensation plans, quota structures, territory models, capacity plans, and related scenario analyses.
- Experience implementing or optimizing CRM, CPQ, business intelligence, forecasting, and other revenue technology platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success around common processes and objectives.
- Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Active use of AI tools to automate operational workflows, improve efficiency, enhance forecasting, and scale Revenue Operations.
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex operational information into clear recommendations and actions.
- Background in cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, developer tools, ML platforms, usage-based or consumption pricing, or technical enterprise GTM organizations is highly valued.
- Successful completion of a background check and authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
