Responsibilities
- Define and deliver product features for end-to-end mapping, tracking, and visibility of physical goods across the shipment lifecycle.
- Own your product area end-to-end, building and executing product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months.
- Drive data intelligence at an end-to-end level to solve complex operational problems and define client-facing tracking experiences.
- Partner across execution, planning, and technology teams to align priorities and translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive systems.
- Collaborate closely across a global footprint (Hong Kong, Europe, US) with China engineering teams, participating in regular cross-border syncs.
- Use data to guide prioritization, measure impact, build metrics frameworks, and track product health and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience (or equivalent domain background in engineering, operations excellence, or analytics transitioning into product).
- Background solving complex logistics, physical operational, or system root-cause problems using algorithmic planning, data analysis, and structured logic.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months working closely with an engineering team and cross-functional partners.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills. You are comfortable working with complex datasets, building metrics frameworks, and using data to make decisions. SQL proficiency required.
- A track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains.
- Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows.
- Ability to collaborate deeply with designers, engineers, and commercial or operations teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially around tradeoffs and prioritization.
- Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology is a plus.
Conditions

- US base salary range: $155,520 - $194,400 USD per year (does not include bonus, equity, and benefits).
