Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects (planning, execution, governance, risk management, closure)
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations and transformations
- Build and maintain project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, solution architects, support, sales, customer leadership
- Drive governance through steering meetings, status reviews, executive updates
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 years managing cybersecurity solutions/services projects
- Preferred: experience with AI-driven project management tools, predictive analytics, automation frameworks
