• Focus on enterprise-scale AI solutions, agentic AI, and healthcare claims automation

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI/ML solution roadmap for end-to-end healthcare claims automation
• Lead customer-facing discussions, technical workshops, and discovery sessions
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for claims intake, adjudication, fraud detection, and denial management
• Architect agentic AI systems using AWS Bedrock AgentCore Runtime and Strands SDK
• Design agentic AI patterns including ReAct, tool use, and multi-agent collaboration
• Develop RAG architectures using Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector stores
• Guide model development, training, validation, deployment, and optimization
• Establish AI/ML pipelines for enterprise-scale workloads
• Define and implement MLOps strategies covering monitoring, retraining, drift detection
• Build evaluation frameworks for agentic AI systems
• Implement observability and tracing via Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Observability
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, cloud architects, and healthcare SMEs

Requirements

• 10+ years in technology delivery, including 5+ years leading AI/ML programmes at enterprise scale
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions
• Strong expertise in agentic AI architectures (ReAct, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration)
• Hands-on experience with AWS AI services, especially Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime and Strands SDK
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval technologies
• Strong understanding of AI/ML engineering principles and MLOps pipelines
• Familiarity with AI observability, tracing, debugging, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing workflows
• Strong customer-facing consulting and programme leadership skills
