Responsibilities

• Manage UI direction — Frontend development and Design team of 80+ people
• Manage team leads and develop the management layer
• Develop engineers and leads: performance reviews, feedback, individual development plans, mentoring
• Build and improve development processes
• Improve development quality and engineering practices
• Control deadlines and quality of task implementation
• Decompose and estimate tasks from business
• Participate in product architecture design
• Work with technical debt and documentation
• Participate in code review

Requirements

• Technical Director / Lead level
• JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Node.js
• Pinia, Webpack Module Federation
• Experience managing large engineering organizations
