Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions that connect enterprise applications and systems.
- Translate business requirements and system needs into clear, practical, and technically sound integration specifications.
- Support Oracle ERP deployment initiatives, contributing to integration planning, development, implementation, and ongoing improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams and external technology vendors to understand requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure effective delivery.
- Bridge business objectives and technical execution by ensuring integration solutions meet functional, operational, and performance expectations.
- Identify integration risks and potential implementation issues early, developing appropriate mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines and system performance.
- Establish and maintain strong data integrity throughout integration and implementation activities.
- Help ensure the reliability, scalability, and quality of integrated systems through appropriate testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle to communicate progress, address dependencies, and maintain alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes, technical standards, and implementation practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in integration engineering, enterprise application integration, or a comparable senior technical role.
- Strong ability to translate business and system requirements into technical specifications and practical integration solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable integrations across enterprise applications and systems.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP environments or experience supporting Oracle ERP deployment initiatives is highly valuable.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, system reliability, integration risks, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including internal business teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify integration issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in complex implementation environments.
- A proactive approach to risk identification, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and technical delivery.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
