About the role
We're looking for an experienced marketing technology and operations leader to drive cross-functional work at the intersection of growth, measurement, data, and automation. This role is based in San Francisco or New York City with a hybrid office expectation.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating model for Growth's marketing technology stack across identity, consent, audiences, activation, measurement, and experimentation.
- Own and operate the complete paid-media tracking and measurement system, including website pixels, server-to-server conversion events, mobile measurement integrations, identity and consent controls, attribution methods, and timely signal delivery to advertising platforms.
- Design and implement event schemas, data mappings, APIs, and integrations; validate systems and migrations before and after launch.
- Build AI-enabled and agent-assisted workflows for campaign diagnostics, audience activation, testing, and optimization.
- Establish data quality, observability, governance, risk, escalation, and change-management mechanisms for first-party data and marketing integrations.
- Use adoption, reliability, incrementality, operator feedback, and business-impact data to improve capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, growth operations, marketing analytics, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles.
- Experience leading ambiguous cross-functional systems initiatives through design, launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to evaluate technical architecture decisions and work with engineering teams on system reliability, monitoring, and data quality.
- Comfort with enterprise marketing automation and CRM concepts, customer-data platforms, ad platforms, attribution, experimentation, identity, consent, and lifecycle measurement.
- Ability to build, test, and ship technical integrations using SQL, coding or scripting, APIs, event models, data pipelines, instrumentation, and debugging tools.
- AI-forward mindset with ability to translate model-powered or agent-assisted ideas into dependable workflows.
