Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion
- Help engineering organizations successfully roll out Cursor and evolve how they work with AI
- Partner with developers, admins, and executives while working closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support
- Shape rollout strategy and influence Cursor's roadmap priorities through customer insight
- Manage a book of business with top enterprise customers
- Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI
- Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption
- Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs
Requirements
- Worked at the intersection of business and technology and thrive in customer-facing roles
- Can translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
- Understand modern engineering orgs, the SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption
- Communicate comfortably with both developers and senior executives
- Analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and drive action
- Already a Cursor user (or power user of modern AI coding tools) with strong opinions (big plus)
