Responsibilities
- Own creator reputation and publish gating models
- Build and maintain anti-abuse models for creator rewards
- Drive creator data foundations and semantic layers
- Enable agentic and AI-powered analytics
- Own creator analytics reporting and define success metrics
- Support creator store and select
- Create zero-to-one frameworks for new product areas
Requirements
- High Senior or Principal-level DS experience
- Proven ability to build, evaluate, and maintain ML models, especially for trust & safety
- Strong statistical rigor, experimentation design, and causal inference
- Ability to contribute to data foundation layer for AI
- Deep understanding of agentic and self-serve analytics
- Expert-level SQL and Python
- Excellent communication and influence skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one environments
- Technical leadership and mentorship
