- Build and scale digital identity verification and eKYC experiences across markets such as Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk & Compliance to balance conversion, customer experience, operational cost, regulatory requirements and financial crime risk.
- Lead complex localisation work, including integrating local identity providers, registry checks, and APAC-specific controls into Wise’s global platform.
- Improve customer onboarding outcomes such as first product adoption, verification completion, time-to-verify, manual review rates, cost-to-serve, and quality of fincrime decisions.
- Mitigating risk of financial crime by ensuring our in-product control environment accounts for country-specific financial crime risks.
- Use data, customer insight, operational feedback, and regulatory context to prioritise what matters most.
